Lufeh, Duca, and Deio formed their first band together back in 1992. That long friendship and musical history are a big part of the chemistry behind LUFEH today.

Lufeh later met Gera when he was the producer of the Oficina G3 albums in 2002 and 2006, connecting another essential piece of the story that would eventually become LUFEH.

OVERWHELMED continues that story more than three decades later, bringing those roots together in a new phase built around heavier arrangements, emotional melodies, and a renewed creative vision.

The album sessions in Los Angeles also generated live-in-studio footage, behind-the-scenes material, and documentary-style moments that will keep expanding this release cycle.

About LUFEH

Progressive rock/metal with an international spirit, blending heavy riffs, atmospheric textures, expansive songwriting, and emotional storytelling.

LUFEH is a Los Angeles-based progressive rock/metal band built around strong melodies, cinematic arrangements, and musicianship that serves the song. Led by drummer Lufeh Batera, the project brings together Duca Tambasco on bass, Deio Tambasco on guitar, Gera Penna on keyboards and production, and Ginny Luke, featured on this album, on vocals and violin.

After the release of Luggage Falling Down in 2020 and live appearances opening for Sons of Apollo in Brazil, LUFEH entered a new chapter with OVERWHELMED, recorded at the iconic Sunset Sound in Los Angeles. The album expands the band’s sound with a deeper emotional tone, powerful vocal performances, and progressive elements shaped into songs that feel both intense and memorable.
